Anya Subscription Policy

Section 1. Membership Billing

The Anya Rewards Membership is offered as an ongoing subscription for $34.95 USD per 28-day billing cycle, following an initial 14-day free trial.

When you join, your membership begins with a 14-day free trial. No membership subscription fee is charged during this trial period. Your first membership payment of $34.95 USD will be collected automatically when the 14-day trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial expires.

After your first payment, the same membership fee will be charged to your selected payment method every 28 days for as long as your membership remains active.

Recurring Payment Disclosure:

By completing your enrollment in the Anya Rewards Membership, you authorize The Dream Bridge Group LLC to charge your selected payment method $34.95 USD after the initial 14-day free trial and to continue charging $34.95 USD every 28 days unless you cancel your membership.

You may cancel at any time, including during your free trial, to avoid future subscription charges.

We will provide an electronic reminder approximately 2 to 5 days before an upcoming membership payment, including your first payment following the free trial. Once a payment has been successfully processed, an electronic confirmation or receipt will also be sent to you.

Section 2. What Is Included

Customers with an active Anya Rewards Membership may receive access to special membership features and shopping advantages.

These benefits include:

• 50% discount on eligible Anya products

• $34.95 in monthly store credit, beginning after the second month of paid membership, subject to program terms

• Priority customer support

• Expedited order processing and faster shipping where available

• Early access to new product launches and limited editions

• Curated content on beauty, wellness, and women's health

• Exclusive seasonal gifts and member-only offers

The exact benefits offered through the membership may be changed, replaced, expanded, or removed from time to time, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Access to membership privileges is dependent on your subscription remaining active and, following your free trial, your payments being up to date.

Section 3. Automatic Renewal

The Anya Rewards Membership automatically renews every 28 days, following the initial 14-day free trial and first successful membership payment.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the relevant billing date, The Dream Bridge Group LLC will charge the payment method connected to your membership $34.95 USD for the next 28-day membership period.

Your recurring payment authorization remains in effect until your membership is canceled.

Billing Timeline:

• Days 1–14: Free trial period. No membership subscription fee is charged.

• Day 15: First membership payment of $34.95 USD, unless canceled before the trial ends.

• Every 28 days thereafter: Your membership automatically renews at $34.95 USD.

The exact billing date may vary slightly depending on payment processing and the timing of your enrollment.

Section 4. Electronic Notification and Receipts

Before each recurring membership payment, Anya will send an electronic billing reminder approximately 2 to 5 days ahead of the scheduled transaction.

This includes a reminder before your first membership payment following the 14-day free trial.

Following a successfully completed membership payment, we will send you an electronic payment confirmation or receipt.

These notices will be sent using the email address associated with your customer account or membership enrollment.

Please keep your contact information current and ensure that your email account can receive messages from Anya.

Section 5. How to Cancel

You are free to end your Anya Rewards Membership at any time, including during your 14-day free trial.

You can request or complete cancellation using any available method below:

• Sign in to your Anya customer account and use the available subscription or membership management controls.

• Send an email to Support@Anyafashion.com requesting that your membership be canceled. For easier identification, you may use "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]" as your email subject.

• Submit your request through an online cancellation or membership management page provided on the Anya website, when available.

A telephone call is not necessary in order to cancel your Anya Rewards Membership.

We aim to handle cancellation requests without unnecessary delay.

If you cancel before your 14-day free trial ends, you will not be charged the first membership subscription fee.

If your trial has already ended, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Please complete your cancellation before your next scheduled membership charge.

Section 6. Effect of Cancellation

Once your membership cancellation has been completed, Anya will not initiate additional membership subscription charges for future billing cycles.
